We had the carpets in 5 of our rooms cleaned - 4 bedrooms and living room. I walked in our home after a full day of work and it smelled clean!
I liked many aspects of Zerorez services:
1) I had questions and they were answered promptly via text.
2) We were given a 3 hour window in which the technician would arrive, the technician called in that 3 hour window and gave an updated ETA.
3) Great work, job well done. Nice to have clean rugs!
4) Pleasant, helpful attitudes whether via text, phone, or in person.
Heard about Zerorez from The Point. I really liked how easy it was to schedule carpet cleaning. It was easy, clear, and convenient. Robert Lewis was the rep from Zerorez and he was really knowledgeable and kind. Due to his service, we would use Zerorez again.

I liked how the company took a concern for the wellbeing of the employees by making sure their customers are not sick, and if they are sick making sure the rescheduled date allows for plenty of room for the customer to get healthy.
Just a personal preference, if you could show some way of a before/after (not sure how to best visually present this) -- I think your customers would appreciate it! I know I would have. Hearing the debris getting removed out the ducts sounded satisfying but I wanted to see all the stuff piled up at the end. A silly request, but I feel like that sort of stuff would go along way in aiding your marketing as well! People love those oddly satisfying videos/viral content these days.
Overall, pleasant experience. The individuals who came out were professional and they worked quickly.

I made an appointment to have my sectional cleaned. I was not disappointed at all! The employee did a phenomenal job. My sectional was thoroughly cleaned and it only took a few hours to dry. He answered any questions that I had with great knowledge of the process that Zerorez does. Stains gone and no weird chemical smell afterwards. I’m very happy with the job that was done and would highly recommend.

These guys definitely went the extra mile! In the middle cleaning out my ducts was a horrible thunderstorm. That might not sound like a big deal except for the fact that all their equipment was coming thru my basement door which flooded very quickly. I had already went thru a flood in my basement 2 days before so I was freaking out. Cortez called in reinforcements with fans and industrial strength shopvacs but because the streets were flooded they could not make for awhile.The job would normally take a couple of hours but they stayed for 5 hours to get me all dry before they left!
Mark had to come back to finish the job and also did a great job in record time.
Zerorez treated me so well, I cant that them enough!
