Hadn't had my carpets cleaned in years. They came so clean and look great. Also had my couch cleaned. Wow! Forgot what the original color looked like. Actually missed an area on the armrest- easy to do when it is wet. I called the comany and, with no push back at all, they sent someone out to reclean the area. HIghly recommend.
