Techs did a great job. We’ve been in our home (new construction) for a year and the carpet (a step up from builder grade so, not the best) started to look really worn. It looks nearly brand new again. They got a stain out and, although, depending on what it was (wasn’t from us), it may come back…for now, it’s gone! Super nice guys. Very professional!!

The Technician was respectful of our request to wear a mask while in our home. We walked and talked about each different area to be cleaned. He did a nice job raising all our wood furniture on foam blocks and cleaning our carpets. Our carpets feel clean and fresh again. The price was set before the appointment so I knew what to expect, just wish the $10 trip fee was just included in their base price instead of added when you call to schedule the service appointment. I hate funky, required add on fees.
