Nicely done! Technician was very courteous and worked quickly. It was a big job and even though he didn't finish until after 6 pm on a Friday he was extremely cordial. He did leave behind the corner protectors so if you'd like to pick them up at some point I would be happy to put them on my front porch.

Zerorez scheduled my appointment very quickly. I thought my technician was knowledgeable.
The technician was very professional. I was pleasantly surprised at how much effort he took to make sure the walls and other areas in my house were protected from the equipment. The carpets look great, even after just the standard cleaning!
There was some discoloration after the cleaning, but Zerorez explained it is most likely wicking and shouldn't be an issue to clear up. They scheduled a follow-up appointment for a technician to come back and assess the spot and (re)treat as necessary. Highly recommend Zerorez!

Zerorez did a great job informing me of the process and allowing me to make decisions along the way. The technician was respectful and worked hard to make sure and leave our house how he found it. He also allowed me to add a dryer vent clean that was quite a job. We are very happy and would recommend to anyone wanting duct cleaning!

The gentleman that came were professional and explained everything that would happen for the cleaning. They called in advance and we actually able to come earlier. All the door frames were protected from the hoses and a tarp was put over the front door to keep out bugs. They were quick and efficient. Carpet looked great. Goodbye animal stains!
