Staff is so great! Sauna was ready for me (at my preferred temp) even in the morning. I so appreciate that kindness and the cleanliness of the studio.

I love that the sessions are private; you can select the light color depending on your mood, & can choose to do red light therapy or not. Showers are available in some rooms, if you prefer. The rooms are spotless, the tv can be put on whatever channel you like, or you can just listen to soothing music with various beautiful backgrounds. The staff are so accomodating & friendly. It is the best !!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The ambiance is very relaxing and private. Prices are steep for a 40min session, but I still think the facilities are worth what you pay.

Great atmosphere and sweating is so satisfying and detoxing. The cold plunge shower is definitely a bonus. Spend 40 minutes of “You” time getting rid of stress and toxins. Purge the day and perspire lol 😆

I love the way my preferences are used to have everything ready when I arrive I love the addition of red light therapy to your saunas. I feel sauna are clean and love having showers available The staff is always welcoming and professional Also I love you app and the ease it allows in making appointments. I have been to many infrared spas and feel that Perspire has nailed the experience.

The Montvale location is spotless. The staff is courteous. The individual rooms are stellar with entertain system. Most of all the infrared sauna and private showers with cold therapy are heavenly and I am truly seeing health benefits as a steady one year customer.

I like that it super friendly and you feel welcomed when you walk in the door. Its a wonderful experience and you leave feeling accomplished, energized and extremely relaxed. I also appreciate that it's affordable and you can challenge yourself every time you go.
