The teachers and staff are awesome. Facilities are super clean and secure. Lily seems to love being there and is doing great. I never setup camera access for my self, the photos that are shared on the app through out the day are awesome. I have shown them to some of my coworkers who have kids. They all commented on how great having that ability is and they wish when their kids were little they had it.
All in all I am super happy with everything.
The school is incredibly clean, they offer so much for the kids (including outside programs) and do so many fun days for the whole family. The teachers are all very friendly and communicative.

I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my baby. Every morning we’re greeted with smiles, and I leave with a smile on my face too. You can truly feel the love and care the teachers and staff have for the children. As a parent, that kind of comfort and peace of mind means everything. We’re so thankful to be part of such a loving environment.
Lightbridge Academy of Shrewsbury has a great day planned, everyday. They are well structured with plenty of downtime for the kids. It also seems well connected, internally, where the classrooms can communicate with each other when needed. The teachers have been so great for my daughter, and includes them in her friends list when asked. It is really cute.
They use face recognition for entry, and I love that I, as a parent, feel welcome in the building. The admins are available to ask questions both in the building and through the app. We’ve had nothing but a positive experience there.
If I had to give any criticism, it would be that the app is sometimes wonky, but they update it often enough for it not to be a problem. There is always the ability to watch your kids through their safety cameras, which we don’t use.

We love all the teachers at Lightbridge. My kids have been with the school for 3 years and every teacher cares for the kids. I sincerely appreciate everything they do for me and the family.

The admin team, teachers and staff are all so thoughtful - despite it being a big school the care is very individualized. We’ve loved the school for our now-toddler for nearly three years, and our infant now has the same teachers and level of care!
Lightbridge Academy has been amazing to our girl after moving from a different school! The director, the teachers, the activities each day are well thought out and planned. The activities are engaging and the teachers love interacting with the kids. The place is so great in so many ways. So happy we found Lightbridge Academy.
I have had great experiences since being at Lightbridge all the way up to Ms. Kate’s class. So my score is based on overall experience, not just the last few months. I will say the past 2 to 3 months has been a struggle with the new teaching staff in blue horse. They are not personable with parents, Ms. Williams never did formal introductions or tried to get to know parents or ask anything about the kids when she first started. That could have helped significantly. There’s been an extreme lack of collaboration to work through challenges and figure out solutions with my child. There has been an extreme lack of updates along with pictures. I also am aware how over populated the classroom is that factors into the experience. I know that I am at least one of 5 other parents who feel this way and have not been the happiest. We all have considered leaving or pulling back on days, but we heard Ms. Kate is returning which is amazing. Every parent was devastated when she left. Knowing my son is going to be back in her room my husband and I along with a lot of parents are happy about this.i think there needs to be a closer evaluation of the staff in blue horse and some coaching on interaction with parents.

I love this program and highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for a child of any age. The summer camp offers many activities.
ALL of the teachers are absolutely incredible with the children (I do especially want to give a shout out to Ms. Dana and Ms. Idaliz - whom my son has decided are his second moms whenever he is in their care). He has learned a ton from the programming and I am really glad we chose Lightbridge.
I love being notified of his daily activities and seeing the photos! Also Miss Indy and Miss Kailan are amazing! They make not only me but my son feel so comfortable.
Staff retention
We couldn’t have more positive things to say about Lightbridge - our son has been there since he was 4 months old and he looks forward to going every day. The staff is responsive and cares a lot about the kids - we are lucky to call Lightbridge home!

This school sucks.
My son does so good at lightbridge and the teachers and ALL the staff are wonderful. Picking him up feels so heartwarming because everyone knows who he is throughout the entire program. I am so happy with putting him in early, and so happy to have him going there for pre-k! The staff is so wonderful and make my son feel so comfortable I couldn't ask for more! A happy child coming home from school with a smile and good report is more than a mommy heart could ask for.
Most of the teachers we have had have been the most caring people ever. They truly care about my child. It's hard for me to leave my child every day when I work but knowing she is in such great hands is such a relief.
