My buddy learns a lot at such a young age, everyone is so kind and loving to the kids and there is great communication.
I love our LBA family. Our child has attended Lightbridge Academy since he was 3 months old. I love how friendly the staff are from the time you enter the building until you leave. The front office staff are the BEST! They set the mood for the day. They know each child by first name. This warms my heart walking through the doors each day.
The front office staff provides excellent, timely feedback on my child’s needs through parent-teacher conferences. I have never heard this before for a daycare, but I am thoroughly impressed. They ensure that they communicate early and often if anything needs to be shared with the parents.
The director Paige is the best. She gets down to the children's level and rolls around with them during playtime. It is great to see how much love and care she has for the families.
Paige is an exemplary leader who cares for those in her charge. She ensures that she does everything possible to care for her staff.
Overall, we would not want to go anywhere else! My child is learning so much for his age; it is mind-blowing.
Thank you, Lightbridge Academy Huntersville, for being the bridge for our children.
The administration at lightbridge Glenside is wonderful and we are so happy with the center. Jaclyn rules!
The teachers I’ve encountered have always been able to tell me how my child does from day to day. They are very attentive to each child. The administration is also always friendly when you walk in and readily available to answer any question.
We are very happy with Lightbridge Montvale and the care that they provide for our infant daughter. We feel that she is safe, surrounded by great care takers and is appreciated as a unique individual. We love the consistency of care and we'd recommend LightBridge to all friends and family.
My kids are happy, I know what they’re up to all day, the teachers all know them regardless of if they’re in their class, and I get told constantly that my kids speak very well and are learning really fast.
Love everything about the facility and accessibility. I love the ability to talk to the director about my concerns or questions and get immediate responses. Love the ability to work together with staff for my child’s development.
My husband and I are very happy with the program that Sandra and Cristina implement through the support of their staff. They have made us feel comfortable coming to them with suggestions/feedback and have an open door. Our boys' teachers are nurturing, communicative, and understanding. They are both thriving!
the administration not holding themselves accountable or their staff. have reached out multiple times via the lightbridge app and email and they have not responded. if the staff is overworked and cannot input daily activities onto the app then there should be no app.
The facility is kept very clean and organized,l. The teachers are incredibly sweet, warm, and caring. But the best thing about Lightbridge is the amount of communication. I feel like I am always "in the loop" with what's going on and any changes that might be made as well as kept up to date with my sons day to day. It brings a lot of peace of mind when there is this much communication between my son's teachers, the directors and my husband and I.
The individualized attention
Definitely appreciate the consistency in routine and consistency in teachers. My son knows who is caring for him and what he has to do. The variables are usually just behaviors and weather. We love the themes too, but wish there were more different topics like different countries, oceans/waters, dinosaurs, trees/flowers, colors/color mixing, house/furniture/kitchen items, groceries/foods, dances, etc. All of these different themes would help with expanding vocabulary and also learning what their friends do with their families.
Once I get used to all of the things I have to do to prepare and bring for my child to daycare someone new is there and doing things differently and it is incredibly frustrating. Every 3 weeks or so there is some new rule or policy that I am reminded of that was never made known in the first place. It is incredibly stupid to say we have to take sleep sacks home every day and wash them. How about you stop force feeding all the babies and then immediately laying them down and having them spit up constantly and then they won't need to be washed every day. I am about to take my daughter out of this center as I am stretched thin. Trying to keep on top of which sink I am allowed to use to wash her hands as I juggle holding her, her bottles, and not tripping on the babies on the ground. The logistics of the room do not support all the changes you want us to make with how we drop off the babies.
I love the staff and the teachers. LB has a great daily agenda. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up. I know she is being well cared for and learning so much! They actually care about all of us. The building is clean and beautiful. There are windows everywhere and the outdoor play area is so nice. Just very happy all around and have been for years. They have great communication and I feel comfortable approaching the leadership staff with questions or concerns. LB always has fun theme weeks and events scheduled. It’s a great place!
The staff is wonderful and very willing to work with any requests. Completely transparent and personable. I love it here
Friendly teachers and staff , great learning environment and engaging activities and events for family to participate.
Overall, I’ve been happy with Lightbridge for my son, but I’ve consistently had concerns with the director, Jessica Lassiter. Over the past year, I’ve experienced multiple communication issues—lack of clarity, limited transparency, and a dismissive tone. I’ve had several conversations with Jessica seeking more information or clarification on different matters, but they rarely led to productive outcomes. At this point, I’ve stopped asking questions altogether because it feels like the effort won’t be worthwhile.
VPK class is very impressive. Teachers are amazing. The variety of material and different ways they teach them is really great. I also love the daily updates and pictures.
The teachers are so incredible that I can say I feel like I found my "village."
My daughter loves going to LA Westwood! You can tell the teachers and administration love and care for each child with the utmost care! We know we made the perfect decision in trusting LA Westwood with our daughter.
Often, staff are rotated frequently between classes, and the new teachers are not adequately informed about each child’s needs and habits. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, teachers continue to hop between classes, and students are also shifted around with little consistency. When we request that our child be moved to an upper class, the request is not considered, yet when there is a staffing shortage, children are moved into upper classes within a single day.
Additionally, there have been frequent mix-ups with diapers and creams among children. I have lost count of the number of times our child has come home wearing a different brand of diaper than the ones we provided. This shows a lack of attention to detail and care that is extremely concerning.
The staff in every classroom from young infants to green frogs has been truly incredible. Ms. Alyssa C, Ms. Stacey, Ms. Kierra, and Mr. Sayed to name a few have been instrumental figures in our kids lives and we are so grateful for all they do!
I like that all of the teachers treat my son like their own child. They help support his development.
I like most of the staff, open door policy, camera access and the hours of operation.
Communication often feels misaligned between teachers and front office. Experiences at Lightbridge are highly dependent on the teacher present. Care and communication aren’t well standardized.
The educational programs & the staff.
Great staff! Friendly environment.
Safe, secure, and educational
The front office is transparent, friendly, and honest. The teachers all are super nice and capable. They all recognize me and my child, even if they’ve never been his teacher.

That my child is always (at least now) eager to go to school and learn and be with friends
