He could have performed a service that we did not need but instead brought to our attention another potential problem.

We did not consider thos an up-sale, as he did provide evidenced (photographs) pre and post to substantiate his claim. His solution could actually save us money on down the line.

Therefore, home owners, if your ducts and furnances is more than 8 years old you might want to have them cleaned.
