The whole process was quick and easy. I signed up for a day, they came at that time and got set up right away. Took him about an hour to complete three rooms, a hallway, and my steep steep stairs I hadn’t even dared to clean! Technician was kind and informed me of the carpets condition

I like the fact that the carpet is not real wet when they are finished, it is very clean and completely dry in 4 or 5 hours. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and the product they are using. I also had my kitchen tile done and it looks great.

I can usually get an appointment quickly. I like the result of how my rug looks and feels. I keep a spray bottle of their EZ Clean liquid for spot clean-ups and think it works well on stains.

Jason and Syrus did an amazing job at my mom's house this week. They were both very polite and talked me through everything they were going to do before they even started to get equipment out. They even spent extra time on some of the deeper stains and the carpet that is over 20 years old, looks brand new. 10/10 will recommend Zerorez to everyone.

I had some dog accidents that needed to be cleaned. Irvin addressed the issue and got all the spots out and left the house smelling clean and fresh.
