very pleased with the on-time arrival and communication from George. He did an excellent job of cleaning the areas we pointed out to him. he had all the information about our previous services and cleaned the tile efficiently and removed all the excess water, drying the areas so well we could almost walk on them right away. We will definitely use zero again and would love to have George back as our technician.
