Jake explained everything very thoroughly. I had a large amount of bunny urine in one of my rooms and he was very clear and thorough on how he was going to treat it and what to expect. Believe it or not every stain came out from that urine, I was very impressed. He put guards up on my corners and couch to ensure there’s no damage from the hose. He went the extra mile and I really appreciated Jake. I highly recommend New Rex!
