I have used Zerorez in the past to have my carpets cleaned. They did a beautiful job both times. I am now having new carpeting installed so I don’t need carpet cleaning. This time I had my tiled floors cleaned in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The grout had become very dark. David did an outstanding job. When he was done, the floors looked like new. I thought the price was affordable and fair.

The tech who performed our carpet cleaning took his time, was very thorough, and made me feel like he was genuinely glad to be doing this for our home. He was definitely 'tuned in' to me, a customer. I have always been pleased with the results of my Zerorez cleaning. I highly recomment them.
The receptionist was very kind and informative. I like that you guys email with complete instructions on how to prepare your rooms for the cleaning. The technician was very good! He seemed very knowledgable about my carpet questions.
