Zerorez recently did a great job cleaning our carpet, and we had them do a good clean and seal on our shower tile and grout. Too soon to report the longevity of the seal, but tile and grout came out nicely. :)

I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough in their work.

My carpets look absolutely amazing—like new again! They were able to remove stains I honestly didn’t think would come out, and everything smells fresh and clean without being overpowering. You can really tell they take pride in what they do.

The team was friendly, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. They worked efficiently but didn’t rush, making sure every area was done right.

I love the fact that the cleaning solution is water. This last time we had the grout sealed on our tile floors, so there was a little bit of odor after that, but it dissipated as soon as it was dry.

First I would like to mention that the technician was very professional, courteous and worked diligently.
The products used to clean my carpet worked wonders. The process and equipment is efficient and not messy like other competitors, the carpet was not drenched with water.
