The gentleman that came out did an amazing job. Carpets and couch both look amazing. We liked the service so much we are booking again for our apartment we are moving out of.
Service was great, and Gerald was amazing to work with. Communicated everything to me in a timely manner, and worked extra to get a couple of tough stains out. I loved how it left my house smelling.
I appreciate the care the ZeroRez techs provide to their customers and their homes. Khamal was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. He moved a few light things for me since I had hurt my low back that morning. I really appreciated that. I understand that prices have inflated because of surging costs…I am not sure that the cost to clean rooms with beds, dressers, etc constitutes such an increase in cost. In addition, if an area rug is the size of what the dimensions are in a bedroom, I don’t know why it wouldn’t be included as “another room”, or offered FREE as a 4th room (which is what is sometimes offered) since they don’t do or use any different equipment, but maybe I just don’t fully understand. I have always been happy with the results of ZeroRez services and have referred them to my friends and associates. Hopefully their pricing will not exceed my budget in the future because I really do think they are great at what they do!

The technician did a very good, thorough job with the carpets, he took great care to clean up the water at the edge of the carpet on the wood floor and was also very careful with the woodwork around doorways. This guy is a keeper - I wish I could recall his name. The deodorizing spray prior to treatment made a huge difference and was well worth the extra cost.
