It was a pleasant experience and everything went smoothly from setting my appointment on line, confirmed appointment, Harrison our service tech very professional and friendly, called ahead, on time, respected our house, did a wonderful job. The carpet looked brand new with no chemical or perfume smell.
Carpet took a little longer to dry than expected but found out sometimes that can happen. The customer service department said if needed they would come back at no cost to me to dry the carpet. The price was correct and would highly recommend this company 10 out of 10!

We used Zerorez to clean carpets at another house and really liked their work. We saw an advertisement in the Money magazine for 25% off of AC duct and dryer vent cleaning, so we decided to give them a try. We saw that they were licensed to perform the work, which made us comfortable with our choice.
We were very happy with the service technicians. They took about 1 1/2 hours to clean the main ducts and every vent in the house. They cleaned up any dust or residue as they went from room to room. We were really happy about the dryer vent cleaning because they removed a lot of debris. The technician even went on the roof to check for any obstruction.
At the end of the service they discussed purchasing a UV light system which helps eliminate microbial allergens and dust.
We would definitely recommend Zerorez for any of their services.
