The service technician, Chris England, was professional and knowledgeable about the service and work he was going to do. He pointed out certain things about the cleaning and the aftercare of the carpet and sofa that helped us in determining when it was a good time to walk on the carpet or sit on the sofa. Everything look like new for us when he was done. When we asked about other product, such as flooring, that he explained.
I could not have asked for a better technician to come out to our home and do the work.

Even though we know our carpets are old and need to be replaced which we can't afford to replace for a while, we have learned over the years that because you don't use soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals which attract dust and dirt over time, our old carpets stay cleaner longer.

The crew was fantastic. Very professional. My turf hadn’t been cleaned since install a year ago. After the process of cleaning the turf it looked brand new again. And the product they used has a very refreshing smell. I was very happy with this company and will use them again.
