The young man who cleaned the carpets was informative, competent, efficient, helpful, friendly, and did an amazing job. I've had the carpet cleaned before, but it has never been so clean and odor free. When I have the carpet cleaned again, I will request his services.

It was a pleasant experience and everything went smoothly from setting my appointment on line, confirmed appointment, Harrison our service tech very professional and friendly, called ahead, on time, respected our house, did a wonderful job. The carpet looked brand new with no chemical or perfume smell.
Carpet took a little longer to dry than expected but found out sometimes that can happen. The customer service department said if needed they would come back at no cost to me to dry the carpet. The price was correct and would highly recommend this company 10 out of 10!
