I had my carpets cleaned and loved that the products you use are water based and cleaned up a couple stubborn stains I had. I can’t even tell they were there now. The products used had a fresh scent and it was pet friendly. The technician was professional and friendly. He had great customer service skills. He explained the whole process and suggested a few other treatments and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling, the good communication with tech, the adherence to promised schedule, and excellent cleaning results. I thought this time that the carpet was left a bit wet. It took a day and 1/2 to fully dry even though heat was turned up, and overhead fans were running.
