We have had the Zerorez folks come and clean our carpet for 10 years or more now. ALWAYS a good experience, and our experience this time with Parker, our technician, was more of the same.
For starters, the carpet is nice and clean now -- but without a horrible chemical smell. That's Zerorez's bread and butter.
I'd like to say too, though, that Parker -- like every Zerorez technician we've ever worked with -- was superb. Courteous, an excellent listener, and openly (and even verbally) striving to impress us with his cleaning job. And he did! He also communicated well with us before, during, and after.
