Loved the carpet cleaning gentleman, Garrett. He did a very thorough job.
I had requested for him to return to clean our tile and grout. Even waited for him to have his
Thursday off so we scheduled for Friday.

Unfortunately, he wasn't the one that returned. There were two guys. The grout was fairly clean but should have had a second time over it. There are still dirty spots in both the bathroom and kitchen.

So, it really depends on the technician!

My technician did a great job cleaning my floors. He recommended the bio treatment because I had pets. The smell was amazing. I also had him clean my stairway. He did a great job on the stairs. I wish I had taken a picture of the before and after. I was very pleased with the end results. I would highly recommend zerorez to anyone.

Easy too schedule, service person was easy to work with, and the pricing is fair and reasonable. We have used them in both Houston and Austin and both experiences were great.
