First and foremost, your employees are often the reason for both the good rating and repeat business. Will and Danny were professional and friendly from greeting at the door through describing the options (and usefulness) of the various services available with the carpet cleaning.
Additionally, the job was completed in a thorough and efficient manner. The entryways and other surfaces that were made damp through the process of cleaning were dried before Will and Danny began to close out the work and service provided.
