Zerorez customer service starts with how easy it is to schedule online. My tech was highly professional and friendly. There were no "surprises" on the bill: every service option and price was agreed upon beforehand. I forget how good my house smells after Zerorez has cleaned my carpets! I really liked that when I called Zerorez with questions (on a Saturday), the phone was answered, by an actual person, who answered all my questions. Rollie cleaned our carpets, rugs and sofas. He did a great job, was friendly, and on time. Very easy to set up date for cleaning and there were no surprises on the bill.
