It was easy to schedule an appointment and I loved using a coupon from the mail that allowed for a free hallway cleaning. I love that your products are green and chemical free for my grandchildren to be crawling and playing on the carpet.
Well Zerorez was definitely early. We were not ready for him at that time. He came back a little later. He was a nice young man and started in the back bedroom so as to give me time to vacuum the front room.
He did a good job and he did help my husband move a couple pieces of furniture. We were well pleased with him and the work.

The service man was so good. He went over the carpets with me and explained each stain and what to expect with the cleaning. He explained about the type of carpet I have (burbur sp?) And how stains react with this type of carpet. Once the carpets were cleaned they looked amazing.
To sum it up, it was a very positive experience.

Everything from intial booking to the final result. Customer service was outstanding with follow up calls, reminders and a call when they were 20 min out. Also didn't have the 2-4 window to wait for service. My carpet looks so much better.

Our technician was very professional, friendly. Carpet came out beautifully and what I love is that it is not soaking wet. It was three hours before it was dry. Very good service.
