Prompt and communicative. Did a great job. Upselling, I didn't like so much but wife wanted the extra services. Ended up paying about twice as quoted. Again, wife requested so is what it is. Honestly I would've just went with the standard cleaning job and it would've been just as good. My opinion. But yes, they do a good job cleaning carpet

The carpet is clean, soft and no residue left on it. The technician places corner bumpers on any walls to prevent damage from the hose. This was the second time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets in two different homes. We will have them back again in the future.
