It seems that zerorez is able to extract a lot out of the carpets. The products you use are not offensive smelling and I appreciate the extra effort on the technicians part.

I spoke with the person who cleaned my carpets and expected a phone call from a person who may be knowledgeable about cleaning my concrete patio. I have not received a phone call. Phone number removed.
