Daniel did a wonderful job. The only disappointing factor is based on the response I received during my original call to book the appointment. I purposely mentioned that I had spilled macaroni and cheese on my carpet and was hoping it could be removed using the Zerorez method. When I mentioned the Mac & cheese stain, the response to me by the Zerorez call taker was, “I bet we can get it out”. Although that was not a “guarantee”, it was about as close as it comes to one. I know she was just trying to be encouraging…and she was very polite. but I was truly disappointed that the mac & cheese stain is still in my carpet. If a representative from Zerorez wants to call me, I am more than happy to take the call. Thank you for listening. Note: that I am not allowing my comments to be posted on your site as Zerorez has previously been able to remove all spots/stains etc.

Great clean caroets
Carson texted before arriving, showed up on time, looked over the carpeting with a black light, pointed out problem areas and offered extra services (for a fee). Though we declined the extra services, he did a very thorough job and showed us the carpet after. Looked so much better!
We love it because it seems to be a good fresh clean. Good my family with allergies. Pricing is very affordable. The technician Nick is amazing he does a very good and thorough job every time. We are so lucky to get him the last two times. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends and family and will continue to use their service.

My experiences with Zerorez have all been good. The technicians arrive at the scheduled time with a text message when they are on their way. The technicians are professional and hard working. I had furniture as well as carpet cleaned on my last appointment with Zerorez. The technician did a thorough job cleaning multiple pieces of furniture. He also paid special attention to worn areas of the carpet.
