Excellent customer service and great communication are prominent in Zerorez. Tyree was great when he got to our house. He was professional and answered all my questions. He got straight to work after I showed him around and let me view each room after he cleaned it. The best part was there’s little to no smell after our carpets were cleaned. I was relieved to not get a headache from the smells that other companies use when cleaning carpets.

The carpets get clean and it doesn’t take a great deal of time. They worked with us to insure that the floors in between the carpeted areas were not affected by any of the cleaning solution designed for the carpets.
They also were on time and called in advance. Very polite workers.
