The floors, carpet and tile, all look great! The Zerorez team was professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and explained all my options very clearly. Our floors were long overdue for a cleaning, and Will was extremely helpful, kind, and informative on what would work best. The results were amazing. I like that it was done without harmful chemicals . Other companies have used too much soap which just made the carpet stain easily. I am very pleased with the Zerorez process and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Zerorez for bringing our floors back to life.

That bio- additive, whatever you call it, did make a significant difference on the stains. I think next time I will do that flushing thing we talked about, and see if we might be able to get rid of even more.

Your process left the carpets clean, fresh smelling and not stiff like other companies. Your tech, Dillon, showed up on time, went straight to work and stayed at it till every room was completely clean and any evidence of previous pets in the house was removed. Very happy with all aspects of the process and would definitely use again or recommend to anybody in need of their services.

I have recently used Zerorez for air duct cleaning, dyer vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. Tavaris was the Zerorez representative every time and he is fantastic!
