Our technician took the time to do a great job and make sure we were happy with the result before moving to the next space to clean. Although there were additional sale add ons, it didn't feel "salesy" but rather suggestions out of genuine interest in the future of our carpet.

Besides the great job they do I think they really care about your home and are respectful of you possessions. Move furniture if need be putting pads under legs of tables etc to keep carpets clean. Rugs dry soft not rough from chemicals. Great job!
