I always get very friendly and professional employees to clean the carpet. They are always very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The gentleman pretreated the stains and told us upfront which one may or may not be able to be removed. Most of the stains were cleaned. The carpet is old, but after cleaning it looks great. We will definitely use them in the future and happily recommend them.
