The tech for the second service on 5/3/24 was wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. He first asked about the stain and problem and about the type of rug we had. He kept me in the loop the entire time he worked on it and he REMOVED the stain fully. I was disappointed in the tech who came and serviced us the first time. He only stayed for 20 minutes and the stain looked no different. Thank you to the second tech!

I am giving a 10 because our technician was fantastic and I don’t want to cause any undue harm to him. That being said, we had major issues with the carpet drying. Windows open when we could (it was very hot out) and ceiling fans going in every room plus tower fans where ceiling fans weren’t available. Still wasn’t enough which resulted in sour smells in the carpet that were still trying to deal with weeks later. I don’t really understand why some form of drying assistance wouldn’t be part of the package as I know there are many homes that wouldn’t have even had the amount of ceiling fans, etc. that we did so I wonder how they’re supposed to dry in time to avoid smells. While the carpet no longer smells of animal accidents it certainly doesn’t smell fresh and clean which is disappointing considering it was ultimately a $500+ service that left us quite dissatisfied with the final results.
Very thorough. Used Zerorez 2 years ago and then went with another company. I was not happy. Came back to Zerorez. Our technician was wonderful and explained everything he was doing for me. I appreciated that. He was friendly and professional. The carpets look great and the dog smell is gone.

Zerorez has now cleaned my residence twice and I will have them clean my home again. They are very professional and knowledgeable and they will explain their cleaning processes to you before they begin. Once they begin they are very thorough and they cleanup as well after they are done. I would definitely recommend them to others.
