Great carpet cleaning process and results

I had my 3 bedrooms cleaned on Monday.
The next day I had an accident and blood got on my carpet. I called Zerorez and had them come out on Friday to spot clean the area. Kaz was good, however I feel like I should have gotten a break on the price. Once again I had to pay full price.

The entire process was fast and easy from setting up the appointment, with Blaze, to Sam coming to cleaning our carpets. Our carpets look and feel fantastic and smell wonderful. Sam did a great job! He took the time to explain the whole process to us and was very conscientious when working around our furniture and antiques. We are so pleased with the outcome. Our carpets look great!
