Zerorez uses pure water, not water from the home. The employees must be well trained because they work efficiently, protecting the home furnishings and thoroughly clean all areas of the carpet.

Everything was very honest and transparent. What was promised is what was provided. The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was professional and did a great job.

Service person was timely, very thorough and friendly. I felt he worked extra hard to do the best job he could which I appreciated. I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

We love the results of our carpet cleaning experience (it’s clean, smells great, and our home feels cleaner). My real reason for cleaning the carpet was to remove bad stuff from the air. I felt our carpet was making us sick. And I believe I was right. The last few nights I have not been hacking and coughing.

We ended up paying for additional services that elevated our costs above the anticipated budget. But in the end, I believe the additional investment was worth it.

So, be prepared for upselling!!!

My appointment time was 10-2, I appreciate that the arrival time was close to 10. Also that the tech was able to remove our senior dog’s urine stains from our sofa. I am a first time but now permanent customer.

Easy to schedule online/reminders/call from technician 30 minutes out/friendly and professional technician.

I appreciated the workers getting the job done and installing the UV lights in the units

The service tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. He presented my options on cleaning my carpet and was very courteous. I like that it doesn’t leave a lot of residue and the carpet is not soaking wet. Skylar was able to get out most of the stains 🤗
