They were absolutely amazing! I was worried about getting my carpets cleaned on such short notice and they were able to exceed my expectations! When I went online the next available appointment was after I moved in to my new house but they reached out and were able to get me in within 2 days! Plus the guy that was assigned to me was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be using this company again.

We have used Zerorez for a few years and have been pleased with the product( carpet cleaning). The last time we had the carpets cleaned was 5 years ago and the person that did the work was Guy Lucas, and he did a fantastic job and when I called Zerorez this last week I inquired if Guy was still with Zerorez and the lady said “yes”. I then requested that he be the service person and guy was the person that was sent out to our home. He remembered our home and he did another fantastic job and he discussed our situations and what to expect. He made recommendations and suggestions. I highly recommend Guy Lucas to do the service.
He was very kind and considerate and he stayed until he felt that the service was the best that could be done. The carpets looked like new carpets.
Obviously, the next time we have the carpets cleaned , I will request that Guy do the work.
