The crew arrived within the window of time quoted and explained exactly what the service consisted of. They took care not to damage surrounding landscape as they entered the crawl space.
They took pictures of what they were seeing and forwarded them to me as requested. The service was completed in just over an hour and the two individuals were both personable and professional.
