The technician was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and the job was done efficiently. Our carpets were mostly dry by evening time. And last, but not least, we had our whole 4000 sq ft house carpets cleaned for under $400. Ask for the special!

First of all there was a little snafu with the scheduling. (I rescheduled and someone showed up on the original day, and no one showed up on the rescheduled day.) Your support team worked with my to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

On the newly scheduled date, Chris was on time (actually a bit early), very knowledgeable, very professional and did a great job. He explained what he was going to do and why, offered me additional add-ons without being pushy (I don't do well with pushy) and even gave my tips for how to extend the life of my 16 year old carpet and get stains out without using harsh chemicals. (I love the more natural methods.)

When Chris was finished, the carpet looked WAY WAY WAY better than it did to begin with (4 years of dirt). And once it dried, it looked even better. I even took before and after pictures and would share them with you if you are interested and if there is a way to do that.

(I had used other "natural" cleaning companies in the past and when they left I couldn't really tell the difference.)
Please use whatever you want from this to promote Zerorez. I love you folks, and sing your praises any chance I get.

As I have mentioned in the previous email that I posted directly after Mr Brian finished the job and left, his performance, professionalism, and ability to respond to any questions that I had was outstanding.
After the carpet cleaning, and the carpet was still wet, it looked like all the spots were gone, and unfortunately it’s not the case but we’re still satisfied with the job quality.

Our technician was punctual (actually was ready early), friendly, and professional. Everything looked fantastic afterwards ad he gave me tip for quicker drying and carpet maintenance.
