Professional, they perform their services in a timely fashion. Luke, the guy who cleaned our carpets was very efficient and friendly. Customer service is outstanding. I am super pleased with the quality of the work, the end, result, the attention to detail, and every call to customer service has been outstanding.

We had several services done; air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, bathroom vent cleaning and all carpets and hallway cleaned.

We have used Zerorez in the past and trust the brand. Overall we were satisfied with the results. The service people were professional and friendly.

Our biggest complaint was the amount of dust and stuff that was left on our furniture and floors after the duct and bathroom vent cleaning. I noticed the toilet lid was covered in dust and asked the service person to come back in and clean it up. I feel as if there needs to be another step when this service is done.

The young man that came out to clean the carpets in our home did an excellent job. I can't remember his name at the moment, but he was very informative and professional during the entire visit. He is extremely detail oriented and didn't miss a thing. Our 22 year old Berber carpets look wonderful for their age.
