The Technician is always courteous and clean. He is very good about putting booties on his shoes when entering the house. I always have at least one of my oriental rugs picked up by them and cleaned in their factory. Their prices are reasonable.

This is the second excellent experience we have ad with Zerorez. Alex was extremely professional and knowledgeable and efficient. The carpet dried quickly, stains are gone and we very much appreciated the use of the corner guards and booties. We are loyal customers now and will be using Zerorez annually at least.
