I'm an emergency room nurse, sure wish I got a tip for every patient I have helped over the last 35 years... being forced to give a tip for someone just doing the job they were hired to do is starting to get a little old.

Very courteous worker. I am pleased that some of the major stains are gone. Had a cat that had digestive problems so many spots on carpet that I had not been able to get out. Took awhile for the steps to dry, but they are heavely traveled, so very dirty.
