Very courteous worker. I am pleased that some of the major stains are gone. Had a cat that had digestive problems so many spots on carpet that I had not been able to get out. Took awhile for the steps to dry, but they are heavely traveled, so very dirty.

Antonio and W did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable about the process and explained it clearly. Today when the rugs were dry I noticed a few spots and called. The office scheduled a technician to go over them no questions asked!!

I love the service I got. She was very friendly and explained everything. She was very thorough and my furniture was so clean when she left. It dried super fast and it just made my house feel clean.
