Josh explained everything in detail to me before they started the cleaning. They prepped the room with drop cloths to protect my floors and were very careful about removing shoes on carpeted areas. After the work was done Josh sent me photos of the inside of ductwork and explained everything and made sure I had no other questions. Very pleased with their service!
The service was excellent, as was Charles who was professional and thorough. We had area rugs and a sectional cleaned that look new again! They dried in a few hours with no residue.

Great job as always, but having to give a tip on top of someone just doing their job... I'm an emergency room nurse, sure wish I got a tip for every patient I have helped over the last 35 years... being forced to give a tip for someone just doing the job they were hired to do is starting to get a little old.
