Lucas was very thorough. I’ve never had a carpet cleaner check for spots/protein deposits with a back light. Also I loved that there was no perfume-like or chemical smell. Using a citrus-peroxide cleaner is soo much better.

Fast and friendly technicians....

I have had zero rez in numerous times. They were incredibly quick. And after they left marks on carpet came back up. Not this time! The technician was very professional and took double the time of my last cleaning. I was very impressed with him and the job he did A great employee and an asset as the representative of Zero Rez.

I am so pleased about my carpets getting cleaned.I was LONG OVER DUE to get them done. It was the 1st time I have used your company. The employees were on time & called me prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way over. I appreciated that as they valued my time. They were super nice & very professional.They took care to be careful with my furniture & our safety. They want did not want us to slip & fall going from the wet carpet onto the adjacent tile. They provided the safety booties for us. My carpets came out beautiful. I will need more carpets cleaned and I will definitely use Zero Rez again. I am a very satisfied & happy customer.
