Carpet cleaning

The individual that showed up to my house to clean the carpets was very professional very friendly. If he saw something that wasn’t cleaning upright, he would come get me and says what do you want me to do? I was very impressed with his care and concern about my rugs I would recommend these guys hands down over some of the other companies very pleased. The price was totally right and this Bank for my Buck I ever got thanks again Zerorez.

Quick service, reasonable pricing. Prompt arrival, no cleanup.

Clean and no residue

Work was done well. Technicians were on time, polite, efficient.

Cameron was on time, he explained what he would be doing and worked hard to get the best results

Service providers were extremely professional and managed having our moving crew underfoot without issues. One of our systems was able to be cleaned - the other will require mitigation. I appreciate the time the technician took to explain the various parts of both systems, what worked, and what would require additional effort.

Super friendly, I would highly recommend.

Very polite tech who did a great job at getting a lot of the stains out of our carpet (they were bad). He was timely and polite. Would use him again. Thanks!

The Zeroez associate who came in and did my house was very understanding so helpful! The house smelled noticeably better after he cleaned the carpets. I had gone nose blind but let me tell you, once he was done with it, my house smelled like, well outside of the cleaner, nothing like it did before! 10/10 recommend Zerorez for your carpet, upholstery, whatever cleaning needs you need!

Easy to schedule. And when the equipment broke, he was back in under an hour. Carpet turned out really good.

Always have done a very good job, especially with stains and pet hair. Pleasant workers. Quick response to scheduling.

I had Matt take care of my carpets on Saturday at 2pm. He arrived early which was a plus. He was professional and respectful to my husband and I. This is the reason why I choose Zerorez all the time. Lilian R.

Zerorez has been my carpet cleaning service for many years:) They are VERY efficient, courteous and professional!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone to anyone who wants clean carpets, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians.

Professional and respectful, kind and did a great job

Fourth or fifth cleaning from Zerorez. And the service was exceptional as expected. My tech contacted me in a timely manor to report his arrival time. He showed respect of my home by having and wearing shoe coverings when entering my home. He was polite and got right to work. It has been three days now and my carpets are very clean and smell good. I will be calling Zerorez next time my carpets are needing a cleaning.

Our gal was SUPER friendly, informative, and did a terrific job!

The man cleaning was polite and did a good job.

You were prompt, affordable and I was so impressed that you offer to come back and repeat a cleaning if any odors returned within 72 hours.
The person who did our cleaning was fantastic as well!
Thank you!

Excellent service

My service guy was really nice, and even eliminated a wine stain that previous technicians could not!!

Service was wonderful, efficient. Everything was explained clearly and very friendly

The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He had the system cleaned and AC back in about 1.5 hours. He showed me the video of all the debris in the system as it was being swept away. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to others.

Detailed information on what steps he was going to take to clean our very dirty carpet.
We've had our carpets commercially a few times before, but this time was the cleanest they ever came out. Very happy. Thank you.

Our tech, Tristian (maybe? - Know it started with a T) was super friendly and informative regarding the questions I had about the care of our new carpet. Your employees have always been very knowledgeable and personable.

Zerorez always does a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Timothy was especially helpful and took good care of us.

I love this service -- knowing that anything I have cleaned (carpet, area rugs, chairs) all come out looking like new and with no worries of residual chemicals gives me such peace of mind. This is why I'm a loyal, repeat customer.

Outcome is better than any other method. Does not leave furniture and rugs "crunchy"! Service providers are always very courteous. Gabriel was great!

Very timely, very friendly technician, nice quality of work.
