The first time I used Zerorez there was a discrepancy between the quote I received and the actual bill. I went ahead and paid, but lodged a complaint. In short order I received a check in the mail for the $80 discrepancy. I was so impressed with the integrity of the company that I've used Zerorez ever since. Haven't had a problem since. The people doing the cleaning are quick and efficient and always pleasant.

I appreciate that chemicals are not used, just pure water. The carpets were relatively dry with only a few spots wet to.touch. it dried overnight. The technician was polite and respectful. Very pleased with the results.

Our technician, Kaylen, was awesome! So personable and friendly and he walked us through the whole process. Because of him we will definitely use zerorez again. Our carpets look amazing and I love how fast it dried.
