Your technician, Sean sent me a way to express my opinion about my latest experience with ZeroRez but I'm not very tech savvy so after a couple of attempts, I gave up. So I'm glad to get this email from you asking for feedback.

Your technician Sean was awesome! I thought he might be tired after his extra long day and when he called to let me know he was on his way, I offered to let him pass. But he was so nice and said no way, he wanted to get to my house and make me happy by taking good care of my carpets. So I let him come on over. I stayed out of the way and let my son greet him and show him the rooms where the carpeting needed to be cleaned. And boy, did he ever take good care of my carpets! He was so efficient and knowledgeable and my son was very impressed with Sean's work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail. After Sean left, I took a look at the carpets that had been cleaned and was impressed! Best cleaning I've ever had done; the carpets actually looked new again! So I would highly recommend ZeroRez to anyone who needs their carpeting cleaned. Decent pricing and great technicians! I will continue to use ZeroRez and I do plan to request Sean if he is available next time I call. Thank you very much for your professional service and your great representatives!
