Technician was friendly and professional, carpet looks and smells great! But the vehicle the tech was driving that day dripped oil and made a mess on my driveway. It has not evaporated so it's not condensation from the A/C. I cleaned up a small puddle and it was a dark color with a semi thick consistency. This isn't the end of the world for me personally, but this could be an issue other places. Especially if the tech were to accidentally step in some and track it into someone's house.
