We used Zerorez for the first time at a commercial facility at Tri-City Union Gospel Mission and were very pleased with the results. Their method of cleaning is far superior to spraying a solution and then extracting a portion back, leaving you with soaked carpets that are not really clean. The people are friendly, and I totally support local family-owned businesses.

Julio Castro came out and was professional, cheerful and did an excellent job. In addition to cleaning my carpets he brought a fabric stool back to life that I loved and thought I'd have to replace. I'll likely have him out again to clean my livingroom furniture

Your guy was great but he left one spot in one of my carpets. I don't know if he spilled something or just applied it too heavy in one spot but it's a spot it's kind of crusty I've tried to clean it it's a white spot it's kind of bleach the carpet a little bit it may be.
