The process of getting all as much as possible with deep down in the carpet up first before cleaning I had never seen anybody do that in servicing before I asked God what is all of that he said that’s what came about your carpet I said wow I’ve never seen that done before that way now I know why every time I vacuum even when I first moved in here so much came up about the carpet and it was new carpet on the floor and I couldn’t understand why so much dirt was coming out of new carpet. I greatly appreciated what he did and explained the process

Easy to work with
The technician was honest about how this treatment may or may not work for the pet stains and smell. He took the time to listen to what had happened to our carpet and where and did his own thorough assessment of the area. We didn't have high hopes but the treatment worked and we were able to avoid needing to replace the carpet. Very happy.
