You provide quality services and am pleased with the results with carpet, area rug and tile. The only reason I gave you a 9 is because the technician stopped cleaning my linen sofa after cleaning one side of the first cushion. He said it wasn't reacting well to the water and was streaking. I mentioned that you had cleaned it in the past with good results and that the fabric always darkened when wet. He was afraid to complete the cleaning though and that was disappointing.
My technician was fantastic! He explained the services, answered all my questions and finished the service extremely efficiently. He was extremely professional and I’ll be sure to recommend Zerorez in the future.

The carpeting that we have requires it to be cleaned with only water - the salesperson mentioned Zerorez so that’s what we’ve used. But I think it’s a better cleaning system anyway. Appreciate the odor control option and protection treatment.
