We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. The communication with Zerorez ahead of time, whether by email, text, or phone, was great. Instructions were always very clear. When we had to postpone because of sickness, the rescheduling was very easy. The technicians came on time, giving us a phone call ahead of time (as promised) which was very helpful. Austin and Nick could not have been more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a joy to interact with them. (Even our sweet dog immediately liked them!) Austin and Nick did their work efficiently and effectively. The Zerorez system is terrific. It's so wonderful not to have chemical smells. We had several stains that were removed. On one of them, when at the end the technicians ask you to walk with them through the house before they put up the equipment (which is such a great practice!), we could still see what had been the worst stain, just slightly. The technician went over it again and this time it was perfect. All the carpeting looked great and dried very quickly. Another I noticed and really enjoy is that the carpeting (13+ years old) is so springy again! The fibers obviously responded very well to the process. You can be proud of the service you provide (at a reasonable cost, in my opinion) and also very proud of your employees. Thank you very much!
