I must say that I was surprised by the new policy about NOT moving furniture! I did not want my worker to go around my couch, chair etc do I told him I would help him move the furniture. I hope that this policy goes back to what originally existed.

Your office was great finding enough people where we live in Preston, I D (Riverdale area) so we could get my mom’s carpets all clean before her new couch arrived. The zerorez guy left us some slippers to use if we needed to walk on carpet. I watched the change of color of my mom’s carpet as he cleaned it. And… it smells good fresh and good now. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The Zerorez team members are very personable and prompt. Our carpets are always cleaned well and the team will let me know if some areas may not clean as well due to the age of the carpet or normal wear and tear. The young man who came a couple weeks ago didn’t know if a couple stains would come out but he went over every area twice and there are no more stains. We just remodeled and purchased a very expensive cream colored sectional. The ottoman was stained from someone’s shoes and I couldn’t get the stain out. The cleaning instructions said to use water only. It came out beautifully when he cleaned it. I’ll keep calling Zerorez when I need my carpets and upholstery cleaned!
