Easy to make appointment. On time or early(with a phone call ahead to ask). Friendly professional cleaners that take care in the set up to protect surfaces that the hoses may touch. Make sure they let you know other services they can offer, but no high pressure ugly upselling. The cleaning product sells nice. Very thorough as they clean the carpets. We have our two chairs cleaned too and it really looks nice once complete and our carpet looks almost new again. We were sent Daniel L and his awesome partner and they were very nice. I highly recommend Zero Rez.

Sidenote: I would communicate with reception about certain accounts that you are 'trying to make things right with'. Maybe tell reception not to re-arrange the schedule on 'those people' cause the customer is already bending over backwards to have Zerorez come back to make things right & when the schedule is re arranged a few times, it frustrates the situation, that is already existing.

We have used Zerorez for over 15 years, great product for carpets and tile. Also, the Technicians are always great. We had technician Maurice North clean our tile throughout the house and he did a great job. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about as everything turned out perfect.

I called other places for quotes as well, but returned to book appointment with Zerorex because of professionalism and price. Fernando and Moses showed up on time, were very polite, professional and efficient. They were respectful of furniture in home. They did a great job. I’m a happy customer and will definitely rely on Zerorex for carpet cleaning needs.

We were able to schedule an appointment within a short period of time. Employee was on time, arrived even earlier than expected, friendly, professional, and completed the cleaning of four rooms and a large closet in an appropriate amount of time. Carpets appear to be very clean and softer to walk on, than expected.
